Your data will be processed:

  1. On the basis of contractual performance, for the purpose of establishing, managing, and developing the contractual relationship that links you with Mutualidad as the Insurance Entity, including the management of promotions associated with the contract.
  2. On the basis of legal obligations, to comply with sector‑specific insurance regulations, fraud prevention requirements, due diligence obligations and other obligations imposed by Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and other applicable regulations.
  3. On the basis of legitimate interest, for the following purposes:
    • informing you about activities, services, and products,
    • analysing data for statistical, system‑control, and business‑development purposes,
    • sending quality and satisfaction surveys or questionnaires,
    • delivering advertising impacts through social networks to promote services related to those used or similar to those contracted. Your data may also be processed on the basis of consent, in which case the specific purpose will be communicated at the time of collection.

Mutualidad will disclose your personal data to public administrations, other companies within the Mutualidad Group, and third parties when required or permitted by applicable regulations.
Data will also be shared with third‑party collaborators of Mutualidad who, for reasons of reinsurance, coinsurance, or contractual management operations, intervene in risk management, policy management, or claims management; with Professional Associations for the control of professional practice; and with public entities for statistical purposes in legally authorised cases.
Your data may also be shared with Fundación Mutualidad when necessary for the management of donations.

Mutualidad works with data processors. Fraud‑management and risk‑detection file managers will receive basic identifying data of the individuals concerned and, where appropriate, additional information necessary to determine risk profiles.

Your data may be subject to international data transfers, always under adequate safeguards in accordance with data‑protection regulations.

Your data will be stored for the duration of your contract, and once it ends, they will be kept blocked for the legally required period in order to address potential liabilities arising from the processing. After this period, the data will be erased.
If, after submitting a request for contracting, the contract is not finalised, the data provided will remain blocked for the legally required period and will be deleted once that period expires.

With regard to personal data relating to other individuals that you may need to provide us as part of the contract, you must inform them in advance of the aspects contained in the paragraphs above.

You have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, erasure, object to their processing, request restriction of processing or data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to Mutualidad at proteccion.datos@mutualidadabogacia.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency whenever you deem it appropriate.
