Your data will be processed (1) on the basis of the performance of the contract for the purpose of establishing, managing and developing the contractual relationship that binds you to Mutualidad as an insurance entity, including the management of promotions related to the contract; (2) on the basis of compliance with legal obligations in order to comply with insurance regulations, as well as to prevent fraud and fulfil due diligence obligations and other obligations imposed by Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, among other applicable regulations; (3) on the basis of Mutualidad's legitimate interests, the following processing activities will be carried out: (i) informing you about activities, services and products; (ii) data analysis for statistical purposes, systems monitoring and business development; (iii) sending quality and satisfaction surveys and questionnaires; and (iv) targeting you through social media for advertising purposes to promote services related to those you use and similar to those you have contracted. Your data may also be processed on the basis of your consent, in which case you will be informed of the specific purpose at the time the data is collected.

Mutualidad will disclose your personal data to Public Administrations, other companies within the Mutualidad Group and third parties whenever required or permitted by applicable law. It will also disclose the data necessary to third-party collaborators of Mutualidad who, for reinsurance, co-insurance or contractual management purposes, participate in risk management, policy administration or claims handling; to Professional Associations for the purpose of monitoring unauthorized professional practice; and to public bodies for statistical purposes where legally permitted. Your data will be disclosed to Fundación Mutualidad where necessary for the management of donations. Please also note that Mutualidad works with service providers acting as data processors. Managers of shared fraud prevention and risk detection databases will receive basic identifying information about data subjects and, where applicable, may provide additional information about the data subject to assess their risk profile.

Your data may be subject to international transfers. Such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your data will be retained for the duration of your contract and, once the contractual relationship has ended, will remain blocked for the legally required period in order to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing. Once this period has expired, your data will be deleted. If you submit an application for a contract that is ultimately not concluded, the data provided will likewise remain blocked for the legally required period to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, after which it will be deleted.

With regard to the personal data of other individuals that you are required to provide to us in connection with the contract, you must, prior to communicating such data, inform those individuals of the matters set out in the preceding paragraphs.

You have the right to access your personal data being processed, request the rectification of inaccurate data and, where appropriate, request its erasure. You also have the right to object to the processing, request restriction of processing and request data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to Mutualidad at proteccion.datos@mutualidadabogacia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
