Law graduates, Spanish lawyers practising abroad, EU lawyers working in Spain, magistrates, judges, prosecutors, lawyers in the administration of justice, civil servants in the administration of justice and solicitors in the Spanish courts.

In 2021, as a result of the merger with Mutualidad de la Ingeniería, industrial engineering, ICAI and aeronautical engineering professionals can also join Mutualidad to cover their compulsory social security as an alternative to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).

The relatives of the members of the mutual society up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and those who are or have been spouses or partners of members.
